Over three 60-minute sessions, we’ll take a deeper examination of your communication patterns with your ex, pinpoint the triggers that escalate conflict, and rebuild your approach into something steady, respectful, and solution-focused.
Because this package is a longer commitment, it allows us to:
Prepare you for upcoming meetings, mediation, or face-to-face interactions
Equip you with strategies for managing stressful conversations tied to legal proceedings or custody discussions
Practice healthier, forward-moving dialogue that keeps the focus on solutions, not conflict
Develop practical scripts, templates, or “go-to” responses you can lean on when emotions run high
